Terms and disclaimer
Emerging Tech Risk is an independent research publication. Its content is informational and is provided as is.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, security, financial, or professional advice, and nothing here is tailored to any organization. Risk assessments, dossiers, dashboards, and briefings are one practitioner's reading of public information at a point in time, in areas that change quickly. Verify anything you rely on against the primary source it cites and your own circumstances.
Independence
This is a personal project of Patrick J. Kelly. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by any employer, former employer, regulator, or other organization, and it does not represent the views of any of them. Mentions of companies, products, agencies, or publications are for identification and citation only and do not imply any relationship.
Accuracy and corrections
Reasonable care is taken to draft every line from its cited source and to verify it before publication, as described in the methodology. Errors will still occur. When one is found it is corrected with a note rather than silently edited. Reports of errors are welcome — see contact.
Use of the material
Text and data produced for this site may be quoted and reused with attribution to Emerging Tech Risk and a link. Source code for each project is published on GitHub under the license stated in its repository. Quoted excerpts, headlines, and linked material belong to their original publishers.
No warranty and limitation
The site is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or the sites it links to.
